are still produced and sold at a shop in the heart of the town.<\/p><p>For those visiting Urbania, a highly recommended and intriguing point of interest is the <strong>Church of the Dead and Mummies Cemetery<\/strong> located in the town centre, but we won&#8217;t spoil the mother to daughter, and grandmother to granddaughter, including the <strong><em>crostolo<\/em>.<\/strong> This \u201ccucina povera\u201d recipe is very simple. It is a bit like a thick wrap enriched with eggs. The <em>crostolo<\/em> appears to have ancient origins dating back over 3,000 years. Originating in the Upper Metauro Valley, the recipe got its name from the fact that it was initially a type of bread that was flattened and cooked until it became very hard, resembling a \u201ccrust\u201d grilled on the fire.
